Woodhaven Junction

Woodhaven Junction

An old electrical substation sits next to the former Woodhaven Junction station. The station has two parts, platforms on the elevated former Rockaway Beach Division photographed below, and underground platforms on the Atlantic Branch. While the LIRR still uses the Atlantic Branch tracks, trains no longer stop at the station.

Old lamp posts and an old shelter are still visible along the platform.
